JJ Properties
With roots deeply seeded in the Philadelphia area and a passion for bringing new life to otherwise lifeless structures, Greg formed J & J Properties back in the late 1990’s. He started his path, to what would ultimately become constructing million dollar homes, in the Art Museum area of Philadelphia. A neighborhood rich with history that had become stricken with dilapidated 3 story row homes, Greg saw an opportunity to restore the neighborhood. Gutting and recreating modern style apartments within the walls of brick buildings with beautiful historic architecture, Greg was able to offer the area’s residents new affordable housing options that they could be proud of. Creative risk takers like Greg are to thank for what is now considered one of the more attractive neighborhoods to live in in the downtown Philadelphia area.
Greg continued to engage in “rehab to rent” projects, but around 2004 is when he teamed up with Amity Builders in Northeast Philadelphia to start venturing into new construction. As a part of Amity, Greg participated in over 40 new construction projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Eventually, Greg parted ways with Amity but took his new found knowledge in soup to nuts residential construction so he could continue to offer stunning new properties to his clients.
Throughout his experience in the residential real estate development business, Greg has literally done it all. From rehabbing studio apartments to building $1.5 million homes on the beach, Greg has continuously offered his customers innovative home design ideas and always delivers.
